At Malunora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer an easy return process in accordance with our policy outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- You may try on the item, but wearing it for regular use is not allowed
- Deliberate multi-size orders (e.g., same item in multiple sizes to return part of it) are not eligible for return
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of:
- All return shipping costs (including international and customs fees) are the customer’s responsibility
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not liable for packages lost during return shipping
- Items must be returned to the designated return address — this will be provided once your return is approved
4. How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 10 business days, depending on your bank/provider
Please note:
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item or size, return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photo(s) of the item
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your credit card company
3. Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@malunora.com
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Malunora is not responsible for lost shipments marked as "delivered" to the address provided by the customer
- If you entered the wrong address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order
- Address errors are the customer's responsibility
